How does billing work?
We invoice your business directly, on the terms agreed in your proposal. Employees are never billed individually for consultations included in your plan.
Is employee privacy protected?
Yes. Every consultation stays confidential between the employee and their doctor. Your business never sees individual medical details, only aggregated, anonymised usage reporting, in line with POPIA.
What reporting do we receive?
You receive aggregate usage reporting, such as overall consultation volumes, so you can see how the benefit is being used, without ever receiving individually identifiable medical information.
What are the contract terms?
